Gordon makes Jambos hintSunday Mar 26 2006 12:02 Hearts' highly-rated Scotland international goalkeeper Craig Gordon has hinted that he could seek a move away from Tynecastle due to uncertainty about the club's managerial position. Jambos owner Vladimir Romanov has axed three managers in less than a year and with Gordon in talks about a new contract, he admits that he could opt to move on. He told the Scottish Daily Mail: "As far as the contract goes, there is not a lot happening at the moment. We have talked in the past, but there has been nothing recently. "There are a lot of things to consider. For one, no-one really knows what is going to happen at Hearts. "The managerial situation is unclear and there are lots of other things that we don't know about the club and its future. "I would like to have a crack at Serie A or the Premiership, if that sort of opportunity comes along you really can't turn it down. |
