Over 10,500 STs sold

Hearts can today announce that over 10,500 season tickets have been sold for the 2013/14 campaign.

Supporters have flocked in their droves to snap up seats for this term, eager to be part of one of the club's most testing season.

With Sunday night's deadline for purchasing season tickets passed, the club can now confirm that the 10,500 barrier has been smashed heading into the first home game of the season against Hibs.

A Hearts spokesperson said: "Hearts fans continue to prove that there is no-one else like them in Scottish football. The support they have given the club has been tremendous and everybody is looking forward to seeing Tynecastle packed out this season.

"Now that season ticket sales have ended, the best way that fans can see Gary Locke's boys in action and support the club is to purchase match tickets for the upcoming games against Hibs, Aberdeen and Celtic at Tynecastle."
