Changes for Queens

Gary Locke is looking to mix things up with his team selection ahead of tomorrow's friendly with Queen of the South.

The Jambos travel to Palmerston to face the reigning Second Division champions and the gaffer is keen to have a look at as many of his players in action as possible.

Speaking exclusively to Hearts News, Gary said: "I would expect one or two changes. It's on an astro-turf as well, which is another factor in one or two players maybe not playing tomorrow.

"I'll make one or two changes but it's certainly not because of the way the guys are playing, it's because I want to see other players in other positions and get a look at one or two wee things as well.

"Scott Robinson is coming back from a knee injury, so with it being on astro-turf we'll probably give him a little breather tomorrow. Big Jordan McGhee is back now so I'd like to see him.

"I'll speak to Billy (Brown) this morning and Darren (Murray) and we'll make our final decision on the team. There are certainly two players that I'm thinking, one about leaving out, and the other bringing into the team.

"I think it's important as well to just keep looking at things. I'm pleased with the way that pre-season is going so far. It's important though that everybody gets a bit of game time."
