HEARTS STIR IN ROM FIX STORMHEARTS owner Vladimir Romanov believes a crucial Scottish Premier League clash with Celtic was fixed. The astonishing claim comes from former Hearts chairman George Foulkes, discussing the breakdown in the working relationship between former boss George Burley and Romanov (above). Burley left his position at Tynecastle less than a week after the 1-1 draw with Celtic at Parkhead in October. Foulkes said: "Probably the genesis of Romanov's concern was after that draw.
