Arvydas adds to departures

Lithuanian international Arvydas Novikovas has become the latest first team player to leave Hearts on the expiration of his contract.

The winger has been at Tynecastle since his arrival in 2008 but will now be pursuing his career elsewhere when his current deal runs out.

The 22-year-old, who made 37 appearances in the campaign just finished - he scored three goals - joins Darren Barr, Danny Grainger, Mehdi Taouil, Gordon Smith, Fraser Mullen and Denis Prychynenko in leaving the club as manager Gary Locke continues his rebuilding plans for season 2013-14.
