Polwarth Tavern fundraiser

Big thanks are due to the Polwarth Tavern for their excellent fundraising efforts on Saturday night.

The pub, which is situated at Polwarth Crescent, was in full flow as staff and supporters raised over £3,500 for Heart of Midlothian Football Club.

The cash was generated through an auction, raffle, and "Play Your Cards Right" themed game which took place between 7.30 and 10pm last Saturday.

Throughout the night supporters also had the opportunity to get a professional photo taken with the famous Scottish Cup in return for a cash donation.

All the money raised from the event will be used to purchase shares in the club which will be held in Hearts Youth Development Committee's (HYDC) name.
