Equaliser was best goal of my career.. celebration was the worstHearts hero Arvy Novikovas: Apr 29 2012 By Gordon Waddell ARVY Novikovas broke United's hearts – then nearly broke his neck celebrating. The Lithuanian was trying to top his stunning late leveller with an even more spectacular springing double flip. But as he took off for the second somersault, team-mate David Templeton sent him sprawling in mid-air causing him to crash dangerously to the deck. The 21-year-old said: "It was the best goal I've ever scored – but they were all laughing at me. The first jump was bad then Templeton was too close to me for the second. I'll do it properly next time!" Novikovas took his chance to make an impact coming off the bench with the Cup Final against Hibs looming. But he said: "We can't look that far ahead. We're still trying to get a European place by winning our league games." That won't have been made any easier with the sight of Craig Beattie limping off. Boss Paulo Sergio said: "I have no idea whether Craig is a danger for the Cup final, "He might be a danger for our next game. I don't know the dimension of his pain. He felt his hamstring, but it will be 24 hours before we know. "We deserved to win. In the second half we had five or six good chances – we just weren't efficient in front of goal."
