Friendly for Gretna and Hearts?

Current Hearts boss Valdas Ivanauskas has reportedly been in contact with Gretna manager Rowan Alexander to arrange a friendly between the two teams at the end of July, and probably at Tynecastle.

Gretna supreme Brooks Mileson told the Scotsman: 'I know our manager has been talking to people at Hearts about this and we would be delighted if we can fit it in. It would carry on the relationship between the two clubs.'

Mileson has already been invited to Lithuania's European Championship qualifier with Scotland in Kaunas in September, as a guest of Hearts owner Vladimir Romanov.

After Hearts lifted the cup after winning on penalties, following a 1-1 draw, there is no doubt the players will try and get some revenge.
