HEARTS LINE UP BID FOR £1M TRISTANHEARTS are weighing up a £1 million swoop for Spanish star Diego Tristan as they gear up for their Champions League tilt. The Deportivo front man - a one-time £10m target for Rangers - has been offered to the Jambos by the La Liga outfit. Tristan's contract still has 12 months to run but he isn't in coach Joaquin Caparros' plans. The 30-year-old striker has a wealth of experience with 14 caps and three goals for Spain. Six years ago Ibrox chairman David Murray was willing to shell out a club record fee for him.
