NOW GRET AWAY FOR YOUR FINAL WARM-UP By Alan Marshall OWNER Brooks Mileson has splashed out to send his Gretna players on a four-day sunshine break to prepare for next month's Scottish Cup Final against Hearts. The Borderers' manager Rowan Alexander and his players will jet out to a secret hideout after their final Second Division game away to Stirling Albion to play golf and relax by the poolside before heading for Hampden on May 13th. But while Mileson is paying for the trip out of his own pocket, it's unlikely the club's millionaire owner will be with them as he stays at home to sell tickets for the big game. He said: "I said to Rowan a few weeks ago that he'd be welcom to take the players away somewhere nice before the Final if he wanted. "I promised to fund any trip because I think it's vital that they get a chance to relax their bodies and minds before we face Hearts at Hampden. "I don't know what the manager has got planned and we won't say where we are going but I'd imagine a few rounds of golf might take place. "It's a deserved break for the team but whether I'm with them or not is a different story. "I think there will be far too much for me to do back in Scotland to get the chance to go away."
