Hartley hailed as Scotland's bestInterim Hearts coach Valdas Ivanauskas hailed Paul Hartley after the midfielder opened the scoring in a 2-0 defeat of Kilmarnock. "Paul Hartley is the best player in Scotland," said the Lithuanian, who again courted controversy with Andy Webster not included in his squad. "We have a big squad, but we made three changes and played very well. "We were not bothered with what was happening at Ibrox. We only look to our game and today was perfect." With Rangers drawing at home with Aberdeen, Hearts moved five points clear of their rivals from Glasgow in the race for Champions League qualification. "It was a hard game, but the players did very well," said Ivanauskas. "Three points was okay." Taken from the BBC |
