Bordeaux invite 3,000 Hearts fansANGUS WRIGHT HEARTS have received 3,000 tickets from Bordeaux for their UEFA Cup tie at the Parc Lescure next Thursday. Craig Levein’s side travel to the French wine-producing region next week to play Michel Pavon’s outfit in the second round, first leg of the competition, the Tynecastle side having beaten Bosnian side NK Zeljeznicar 2-0 on aggregate in the previous round. "There has been a great response from the fans with regard to the game against Bordeaux on Thursday," said Hearts spokeswoman Nadine Urquhart. "The ticket office has now received well over 1,400 applications for tickets with many fans still to apply." |
