Struggled for right back, Disco played there for club(s) and country and would be useful at set peices
Levein & Jardine were two of the finest centre backs to play the game anywhere, with Naysmith wing back on the left Busby enforcing the midfield with Cameron doing what he does best Robertson and Clark come as a package together with Colquhoun. Bobby Prentice is in there as a sheer luxury, but who cares? |

Prentice & Busby from the 70,s when I first went to games. The mid 80,s. Colquhoun,Clark, Robertson,Jardine were instrumental in leading us from the dark days, into a whole new era of cuffing Hibs on a regular basis and competing at the top end of the league and cups. My favourite days as a Hearts Supporter. Niemi, Naysmith and Cameron from the present day probably a better bunch of players than the mid 80,s squad but if only Tynecastle had the atmosphere of that era. |
